Hold Me Tight® - An Online Guided Workshop

This is a two day workshop for committed couples.  We will be meeting online from 9am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday via Zoom for Healthcare.  This exciting format ensures that you can have privacy and comfort, while also having an experience that is guided by two experts in the field of couple therapy.  Amy Jaynes and Deana Riley will teach you about the science of love, connection, and emotionaly safety and then give you in-the-moment exercises to do in the privacy of your own space.  Dean and Amy will also be available to help you with the exercises if you need help or would like additional support.  Previous particpatns in our Hold Me Tight® workshops have described the experience as "marriage saving" and shared that they ended the workshop feeling "more connected and understood".  The financial investment for this expience is $700 per couple.
