Hold Me Tight?

A workshop for couples to rekindle romance, enhance connection, and heal broken bonds.
Saturday May 1st - Sunday May 2nd

®

What is Hold Me Tight®?

This is an intensive, two-day workshop based on the science behind Dr. Sue Johnson's Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).  Our workshop is designed to bring couples closer, mend wounds, and strengthen bonds -- using classroom instruction and private conversations with your partner.

Dating? Engaged? Married? Separated?  This workshop can help relationships at any stage! We've found it makes a rewarding gift for pre-marital couples and as a retreat for couples wanting to enhance their spark.

Together with your partner, you will discover the real reasons you keep repeating the same patterns in your relationship (both positive and negative!) and start changing the negative patterns right away-- with the help of Amy Jaynes and Deana Riley, both Licensed Professional Counselors who work extensively with couples in their practice.  You will also learn and rehearse communication skills and conversations that you will take with you forever!
